「外國專業人才延攬及僱用法」新制說明

Important Notice: Great News for Staying in Taiwan!
Amendments to the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals

為鼓勵僑生畢業後持續留在臺灣發展，政府已修正《外國專業人才延攬及僱用法》，並將於 2026 年 1 月 1 日正式施行。
To encourage overseas students to build their careers in Taiwan after graduation, the government has amended the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals, effective January 1, 2026.

本次修法大幅放寬相關規定，並新增多項與僑生密切相關的權益與保障，請務必留意以下重點：
This amendment introduces more flexible regulations and expanded benefits. Please review the key highlights below.

🌟 留臺工作與權益重點

Key Highlights: Working & Rights in Taiwan

根據新制，僑生留臺就業將享有以下重要變革與保障：
Under the new regulations, overseas students will benefit from the following changes:

1.工作申請更便利
副學士以上（含）應屆畢業僑生，適用更彈性的工作許可規範。
Easier Work Applications:
Graduates with an associate degree or higher are eligible for more flexible work permit regulations.

2.退休制度保障提升
外國專業人才正式納入勞工退休金新制，享有可攜式退休金帳戶。
Enhanced Pension Protection:
Foreign professionals are now covered by the Labor Pension System, ensuring portable pension benefits.

3.居留制度優化
居留及永久居留（APRC）申請條件進一步放寬。
Improved Residency Policies:
Requirements for residency and permanent residency (APRC) have been relaxed.
